Our processes

Our Tools

Oxy Hydrogen (HHO) treatment machine with a production capacity of 1000L to 1500L/h with cleaning additive. While the engine is running, we inject directly into the intake after the engine air filter, the gas with the additive. This gas with the additive will have a cleaning effect in the intake ducts as well as in the combustion chambers to remove the carbon deposits. Hydrogen and oxygen will increase the combustion effect and remove the carbon deposits in the cylinders. The combustion of the gas reforms water vapor (H2O) which is the recombination of oxygen (O) and hydrogen (H). This vapor will have another cleaning effect on the EGR valve, the turbo on the exhaust part and finally the entire exhaust line.
This process is very general especially for maintenance before oil change and regularly, i.e. approximately 1 to 2 times a year, approximately every 10,000km.


Another process we use is ultrasound and hydropulsing. This machine combines cleaning by hydraulic pulsation of cleaner while diffusing powerful ultrasounds that act on the carbon encrusted on the surfaces of the valves, piston heads, combustion chamber and cylinder head. This is one of the remedies when an engine internal is very carbonized. This machine is mainly used in the workshop or when traveling to our partners.


These two devices look similar, they have the same objective but do not clean the same parts. The lUB SYSTEM cleans the entire lubrication circuit and the next one the cooling circuit. This allows to eliminate scale and metal dust from the oil circuit and deposits on the walls of the cooling circuit. This gives us better lubrication and duration of effectiveness of the changed lubricants and better cooling. This operation must be done, at each oil change and for cooling once every 2 years.


Our exhaust gas analyzer is very important. Depending on the operation and treatment, we simultaneously control the emitted gases during the computer diagnosis. This ensures that we control the effectiveness of the treatments and measure your emission rates of carbon dioxide, monoxide, sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides and other gases. Thus, in preparation for a technical inspection or in the event of refusal for pollution, we can check and treat your vehicle.

This new machine is impressively efficient. It is an ultimate treatment for exhaust lines, catalysts and combined DPFs. It works with a powerful hydropneumatic process, managed by different integrated programs. If HHO or active foam treatments cannot overcome the clogging of catalysts and DPFs. This device is designed precisely for these cases. And surprise, we can also clean the intercoolers of turbos with this system.


This machine has 5 functions in 1. It has different cleaning programs for the hydraulic injection system, active foam for intake manifolds, EGR, throttle body and particle filter. In addition, it has an endoscopic camera to make a visual check.
An all-in-one machine, ideal for DPF treatments at home.


This device allows us to manually clean countless things ranging from internal parts of the engine to external. This machine uses dry ice combined with a pneumatic compressor in order to carry out a gentle sandblasting without aggressiveness for sensitive metal parts. No water, no steam, the dry ice evaporates directly into gas and does not produce solid residue. It is perfect for the inlets and outlets of cylinder heads, cylinders and pistons, engine compartment, chassis ... etc.


Our diagnostic cases are provided by AUTEL and assure us the latest constant updates. They are very complete and allow to easily diagnose any vehicle and to have all the operating values ​​in real time and to remove the cases of fault codes. We can print or send you in PDF the diagnostic reports in case of detection of failure in order to advise you to take it to a partner garage.

A quality label

We have created a quality label to ensure that your engine regains compliance with the original EURO anti-pollution standards. Based on methodological intervention processes that ensure efficient and verifiable work.

The principle is simple, before any interventions or treatments, we make a general diagnosis of the vehicle's on-board computer and a measurement and analysis of the exhaust gases. This will determine the most appropriate type of treatment but also if there is a technical failure.

At the end of the treatment, we re-check the exhaust gases and operating data of your engine in real time. Thus, we prove the effectiveness of our processes and you are informed and advised on the slightest detection of mechanical failure. In the event of a mechanical problem detected, we will recommend a garage partner to resolve your detected breakdown before carrying out our treatments.
